Long version with all the details
I’m Amy Truong—mystic, former digital nomad, creative, author, + nonprofit strategist.
I am a multi-potentialite and tend to have a hand in everything that interests me. It may have something to do with my ADHD (combined type). 😅
In this particular space, I guide women who’ve experienced some form of life collapse or shift like grief, burnout, heartbreak, or identity death—and help them remember who they are, what lights them up, and how to create a life that feels like love and follows their purpose and soul path.
Life is so much better when you know your purpose and why you were put on this earth for the very short time you’re here. You want to be someone who lives life more soul-aligned, powerful, and whole.
I’ve also learned that you will experience different cycles of rebirth + transformation. How? Because I’ve lived it. Multiple times.
HeartBliss Cycle 3:
Then, most recently, I lost my mother to younger-onset Alzheimer’s after 15+ years of a slow goodbye. At the same time, my marriage was unraveling. (Pluto square Pluto transits are no joke, by the way.)
Grief hit like a tidal wave. Depression, anxiety, guilt, shame. I spiraled. But I also cracked open. In the darkness, I began creating what would become Divine Cosmos Tarot, a project born from loss but infused with soul. Creativity is alchemy and there’s a reason why it’s healing.
I also began channeling my shadow side into AI art —and to my surprise, the world responded. My dark + horror imagery found a home on Instagram, and a community followed.
HeartBliss Cycle 4: Now, I guide others through their own HeartBliss cycles, helping them remember who they are after collapse, realign with their soul’s calling, and create a life that feels like love. Whether through tarot, astrology, rituals, or soulful storytelling, everything I do turns breakdown into beauty + soulful purpose.

In my late 20s, I walked away from my IT consulting career after years of climbing the corporate ladder. Like your typical millennial, I was unfulfilled, and I wanted to do something that was a bit more fulfilling or at least allowed me to have fun. And the rat race? Wasn’t it.
I was still relatively young, with an ache to travel and see the world.
HeartBliss Cycle 1:
So I did what any untethered (privileged) soul might do—I became a minimalist digital nomad. I lived out of a backpack and laptop, exploring 35+ countries. Some places I explored solo, others I shared with friends or fellow wanderers.
Amazing experiences included swimming with sharks and dolphins, scaling abandoned skyscrapers in Bangkok, getting a Sak Yant from a monk, having afternoon tea at the Burj Al Arab, and dune bashing in Dubai.
Other highlights included ice climbing, walking on glaciers, bungee jumping in New Zealand, and exploring Machu Picchu in Peru. I also had the opportunity to have the South Korean government sponsor me to live on Jeju Island as a digital nomad, witness the aurora borealis dance in Norway, and have a delicious dinner with a local Danish family in Denmark.
Travel cracked me wide open. It taught me how much courage and strength I had. It stripped everything down until I finally met myself.
One night, after getting lost in the medina of Marrakech, I realized I wasn’t just chasing freedom—I was also running from something I didn’t want to admit to: a deep and utter sense of loneliness. Once that landed, I knew it was time to stop running and root somewhere.
HeartBliss Cycle 2:
That “somewhere” became Hawai‘i, where I have stayed for nearly a decade. The first steps I took to make this place “home” was volunteering for causes I cared about and diving into the community by starting a writing group (Shut Up & Write).
After some time in the islands, I felt another nudge—this time, toward more purposeful work. I entered the nonprofit world to help others, eventually merging my tech skills with my passion for service. That led me to become a nonprofit strategist for a fundraising tech platform—a full-circle fusion of heart and skill.
Of course, life isn’t so linear, and healing doesn’t follow a tidy timeline so I’m meshing a few timelines and shortening a lot of the story here.

What I Do Now
I created HeartBliss™—a sacred framework for finding your purpose + living your most aligned & soul-driven life because I witness the joy and fulfillment of transformation every time you re-invent yourself.
I guide women standing in the ashes of who they used to be. Not to “go back.”
But to rise—reborn, radiant, and soul-aligned.
Through astrology, numerology, Akashic Records, energetic healing, spellwork, and soul rituals, I help you:
Reconnect with your spiritual truth
Realign your life with what brings joy, meaning, and beauty
Rebuild from collapse with power, softness, and sovereignty
Whether that means rediscovering your creative calling, changing your career, or simply reclaiming joy in your everyday life—this is the path of HeartBliss™.
This isn’t just healing. This is becoming.

This lifestyle also earned her recognition in media publications such as VICE, Business Insider, The Independent, Entrepreneur, Forbes, Wired, NPR, and One Way Ticket: A Digital Nomad Documentary.
Amy’s advocacy for Alzheimer’s disease after her mother’s diagnosis with younger-onset Alzheimer’s led her to become a Hawai’i state ambassador and advocate with the Alzheimer’s Association.
